Discover the calm, beauty and joy of using expressive art making for wellbeing and self exploration. We focus on the art making process and use curiosity to explore different art materials and reflect on the experience. Our loosely held goals are stress relief, self expression & connection through the arts.

Please note: This is a casual weekly small group gathering and is open to new people weekly.
