Discover the calm, beauty and joy of using expressive art making for wellbeing and self exploration. We focus on the art making process and use curiosity to explore different art materials and reflect on our personal experience. Our loosely held goals are stress relief, self expression & community through the arts. When we sit together and share art making, something shifts.

Please note: This is a casual weekly small group gathering and is open to new people weekly.

Please note that group expressive arts sessions are not a substitute for individual therapy sessions, but will support your mental health goals. These sessions do not allow for diagnose or treating mental health conditions or acute psychological distress. Please let me know any time while in the group if you need my professional support, are in crisis or need a referral. Part of my role is to facilitate a safe space for all.
