This circle is for you if you: 

Are a woman in your 40’s, 50’s or 60’s

Are within a season of transition

Are unexpectedly in liminal space

Experiencing a deeply rooted sense of freedom uncurling?

Feeling your sacred non-conformity rising?

Are exploring the edges  of courageous self-expression and deep honesty

Desire to reclaim your sense of Self after losing yourself in the quest to service everyone else first

Wanting to rise and re-wild

This is a weekly arts centric women’s circle explores the places we find ourselves:

tired (understatement), alone, squashed, unsure where we fit, a bit stuck, feeling invisible. We compassionately journey alongside each other with art materials, nature, poetry and movement. We individually and collectively encounter: beginnings and endings, nourishment and adversity, growth and beauty, mystery and tension, triumphs and homecomings grief and aloneness. We lean into botanical metaphors and expressive arts processes for self exploration and amelioration.

No artistic ability required.
